Culture Camp

Lakota Language Classes

BRTV will hold Lakota language classes in the evening, for children and adults to help in the revitalization efforts of the tribe to ensure the continuance of our language.

Working with Schools

BRTV will serve Indian schools throughout the tri-state area by providing a safe, clean facility for them to host educational and cultural activities.

It is BRTV's goal as a Cultural Camp to promote an alcohol and drug free lifestyle to begin to combat socio-economic problems confronting native youth today.

Culture Camp

As a Cultural Camp, BRTV's goal is to bring Indian youth into a traditional Lakota setting where they can be exposed to the culture and traditions of their people in a positive way.
Utilizing elders from the Tribe, BRTV will teach native youth about Lakota values, language, culture and spirituality.

Workshops

BRTV will sponsor workshops that will teach native youth and interested members of the community about Lakota song and dance and how to make traditional handicrafts.
